Your time at The Glam House is more than a simple cut or color. It is our mission to provide an effortless and luxurious experience for our guests. That is why we start your experience with us using a high end booking system that makes your reservation seamless.

Once you click any of our “Book Now” buttons you will be directed to our booking platform where you will select your service, select your stylist, and then select the date and time for your visit. You will be prompted to create an account, and this allows us to ensure your experience is effortless for this visit and any future visit with us from the moment you create your account.

Next, you will arrive to the salon and be greeted by one of our talented GLAMcierge team members. They will introduce you to our GLAM Menu where you can select from our options of complimentary and add on services to truly elevate your experience.

From there. our GLAMcierge will introduce you to your wonderful stylist and you will receive a consultation to discuss your hair dreams and how we can make them a reality!

Your stylist will use your consultation to create a style and/or color to compliment your desired look, lifestyle, and overall goals.  During this process your stylist will be providing product education, complimentary refreshments and treats, and anything else we can do to achieve your effortless experience.

We'll wrap up the visit by sharing our recommendations for at-home care and set you up with your next appointment. You can expect a follow up call within the week to ensure that your style is just as expected and we'll eagerly await your next visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling your reservation here at The Glam House. If a cancellation or "no-show" occurs with less then 24 hours notice, 50% of your reservation will be charged to the card on file. This cancellation policy is in place to protect our stylist's and give them the opportunity to fill their opening from the cancellation. Thank you for your understanding!
